How do I change my details?

From time to time we move jobs or change email providers so please do let us know if you change yours. To change your email address or any other personal details:

1. Log in
2. Click View Profile
3. Click Edit then Update Your Profile
4. Go to Contact Details if you want to change your email address or password. Choose other tabs to edit your employment history etc.
5. Click Update down below when you have finished to save your changes

Usernames: Please note that once you have registered with a username, this cannot be changed.

How do I delete my membership and profile?

Membership Managers can assist you if you decide to delete your membership and profile. This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it with your username, telephone number and reason for deleting your membership. Once we validate you are authorized to delete the membership as requested, a confirmation email will be sent to both the primary and secondary email addresses on the account.
