I can't Log in?

If you can't login and you receive a message stating that your username or password are incorrect firstly think if you are sure that you know what your username and password are.

Your username is not usually your email address. It is a separate name you chose when you signed up.

If you are not sure if you know your password use the Forgot Password link found just under the login area. Our system will email you a new password to try.

If you've been sent a new password or are sure you know your password but are still getting the incorrect username/password message then please make sure you are typing the values in to the correct text boxes.

On the left hand side of the site you will see the login area and two text boxes, one above the other.

In the first box (top) enter your username. In the second box (bottom) enter your password being careful that CAPS LOCK isn't on and that you type using the correct upper/lower case combination.

Then click login.

If you have tried all of the above please contact us.

I've forgotten my username and/or password, what do I do?

Remember that to ensure security the passwords are case sensitive so you will have to type them exactly how you typed them on the application form.

If you still can't access the member's areas, click here and fill in the form that will automatically have a new password emailed to you. If you want to change the password that is emailed to you, just go to your profile, click the edit menu, then update your profile. Under the contact info tab you should type in a new password twice. Remember our passwords ARE case sensitive so make a note of any upper/lower case combinations.
